Worries about the economic climate caused the major market averages to drop more than 1% before they were able to stabilize. As action progressed, tech stocks helped lead the broader market off of its low, but the rally really got going with news that Greece has agreed to a set of austerity measures.
After the close, CAN, FINL, HRB, MU, ORCL and TIBX are the most notable name scheduled to report earnings results.
Futures are mixed after hours: S&P 500 futures are +1.79 from fair value of 1278.21 and Nasdaq100 futures -6.14 from fair value of 2251.34.
Tomorrow morning before the open, two economic reports are scheduled to be released: GDP -- Third estimates (Consensus 1.8%) andGDP Deflator -- Third estimates (Consensus 1.9%) and 2) Durable orders (Consensus 1.5%) and Durable orders- ex transportation (Consensus 0.7%).
